Production Introduction
The manifold end components made by forging process. Automated exhaust keep automatically removing the system's water injection and internal air, the discharge valve has the function of water injection pressure test during commissioning, and with drainage function during system movement and maintenance.The check valve has a shut-off function. When the automatic exhaust valve is replaced, the system motion is not shut off, reducing energy consumption.
The air vent valve normally used in heating systems, such as radiator, floor heating, and boiler system, is a functional valve to remove the air from the system. It is often installed at the highest point of the system or is used directly with the manifold and radiator. The main purpose is to exclude the internal air, so that the radiator is filled with warm water to ensure room temperature.
