Huibo valve have its own factory located in the brass valve town of China -Yuhuan county, Zhejiang province. Brass manifold and thermostatic radiator valves for HAVC system are widely used in floor heating system, radiant heat system and other heating systems. While brass valve series including ball valve, motorized valve, gate valve, check valve, three way valve and etc. Are widely used in civil industry.
The entire production process is equipped with red punching, die-casting, Seiko NC and assembling, processing and polishing, strictly implemented according to ISO9001: 2000 international quality system standard. And all products have qualified with SGS and CE certificate. Advanced low-pressure casting technology, mature hot forging process, multi-station specific machine and high-precision CNC machine, reasonable product structure and accurate dimension also ensure the stability of quality.
So far, Huibo valve have cooperated with domestic colleges and universities, own all kinds of professional and technical personnel more than 50, equipped with German imported spectrometer, test bench of anti-bending, anti-torque and tensile, test bench of hydraulic pressure, static pressure and blasting and so on.
