The main body of the manifold is made of high-strength forged brass. Compared with ordinary cast brass, forged brass has higher density and strength, offering excellent resistance to pressure and corrosion. It is well-suited for long-term use in high-temperature, high-pressure underfloor heating systems and significantly extends the service life. Brass itself has strong oxidation resistance, which helps prevent scale buildup and rust from affecting the system.
The manifold's exterior features a sandblasted finish, giving it a matte and refined metallic texture. The product uses standard 1-inch or 3/4-inch male-threaded main inlets and outlets, with 1/2-inch branches, making it compatible with various types of piping (such as PPR, PE-X, etc.). Additionally, the manifold supports the installation of flow meters and thermal actuators (M30x1.5 interface), enabling convenient zone control and integration with intelligent temperature control systems.
